“About 10 years ago, yoga dramatically changed my life. I was on the edge of mental and physical disaster. Thankfully, yoga gave me an opportunity to rediscover myself. Today I live an incredibly happy and fulfilling life.
I teach yoga because it can dramatically improve a persons life. It allows you to heal physically, mentally, and spiritually. I’ve experienced this personally, and I see it in the clients I work with.
What I love most about teaching privates is building a connection with my clients that involves feedback and interaction. Getting to know you will allow me to address your specific needs while providing a safe environment for growth.
I enjoy working with clients because it challenges me as a teacher. The process is always rewarding because I get to witness and participate in someone’s journey of healing. Beginning with the physical, and inevitably, the mental and spiritual.
More than anything I want you to feel safe, strong, and confident in your body. I will make sure you feel supported and empowered as we progress at a pace that’s comfortable for you.
I will help you discover the peace, clarity, harmony, and balance that is possible by taking the practice off the mat into your daily life. There’s so much more to explore together than the asanas (postures).
